IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE TECH SPRINT TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR ($1.00). THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Tech Sprint, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Contributions, especially those related to technology discussions; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights, particularly in the context of technology.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
