Trump lawyer doesn't rule out possibility there were payments to other women

The interview came on the heels of quite an interesting week for the former mayor of NY.

Giuliani stated in an interview Wednesday evening on Fox Information that Trump reimbursed Cohen for the "so-called hush" cost that was made to Daniels previous to the 2016 presidential election.

"It's an absolute unmitigated catastrophe for Rudy Giuliani and the president", stated Stormy Daniels' legal professional, Michael Avenatti, in an interview with ABC Information Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos on "This Week" Sunday.

"I solved North and South Korea, why can't I solve us?", Baldwin, as Mr Trump, said. Giuliani told ABC News he is not prepared to let Trump sit down with Mueller's team of prosecutors "after the way they've acted" and argued it would "walk (Trump) into a prosecution for perjury" or a "trap". "He's the president of the United States", he said.

"The Hillary Clinton treatment is what I'm looking for. I hope we get a chance to tell him the risk that he's taking", Giuliani said.

Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani's statement that the president might assert his constitutional right against self-incrimination in the Federal Bureau of Investigation probe into the Trump campaign's alleged collusion with Russian Federation during the 2016 presidential election has prompted Trump's opponents to brand the president guilty.

Trump's campaign and presidency have been marked by his regular assertion of demonstrably untrue statements as fact.

U.S. judge questions special counsel Robert Mueller's powers in Paul Manafort case
Ellis III said said Mueller should not have "unfettered power" in his Russian Federation probe. "You don't really care about Mr. A heavily redacted version of this memo was submitted to the court, and the judge has requested to see the full memo.

The payment was created to silence Daniels from speaking out about an alleged consensual sexual encounter she had with Trump years before he was running for president.

Giuliani said he first made Trump aware of the payment shortly after joining the case but now says he doesn't know when Trump knew about it. Trump said Saturday that Giuliani needed to "get his facts straight" but insisted they weren't changing their story. The payment was made by Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen days before the 2016 election.

Giuliani stated he was undecided when Trump discovered, saying, "It might have been lately, it might have been some time again".

He said that he and Jay Sekulow, another lawyer for Trump, were in agreement that the president should avoid speaking with Mueller.

Michael Avenatti, Ms Daniels' attorney, said Sunday on This Week that he thinks it's " the American people that this is a cover-up, that they are making it up as they go along".

He reiterated that the payment to Daniels was not a campaign contribution and that it was reimbursed out of personal funds. "He made payments for the president or he's conducted business for the president, which means he had legal fees, monies laid out and expenditures". "It may have involved the campaign, doesn't matter, and it would've been done under any other circumstances, if there was no campaign".
