Asus ZenFone Max Pro is the crazy affordable phone for India

Here's our take on the new Asus phone. It flaunts rounded edges at the corner and houses 2.5D curved glass cover on top for the front panel, which not only protects the screen from cracks during accidental falls but also adds value to the visual appeal. That being said, while both the smartphones look nearly similar in respect to the design, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 has a triple slot tray which can house two SIM cards along with a micro SD card slot at the same time, something which its Xiaomi counterpart can't boast about. At the centre of it all is a 5.99-inch bezel-less display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It will be a direct competitor to the Redmi Note 5 Pro 6GB variant.

Coming to offers, telecom operator Vodafone is giving offers worth Rs 3,200 on purchase of the phone. The ZenFone Max Pro device features 5000mAh battery, a 6-inch FHD+ Full View display and a dual-camera system. It will also notice changes in terms of camera department.

"India remains a key market for our smartphone business and we wanted India to be one of the first countries to receive our brand new ZenFone Max Pro", said Asus CEO Jerry Shen. The list includes sound recorder, FM radio, calculator, Facebook, Facebook messenger and Instagram. Everything else is Google apps. Its Zenfone and Selfie series have been at the forefront of its efforts to woo buyers looking for power-packed phones at affordable prices.

Zenfone Max Pro M1 features a dual camera setup at the back with a 13-megapixel primary Omnivision sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensing sensor. Due to the camera bump, the phone can't be used easily when its placed on table, whereas the ZenFone Max Pro M1 can be used on a table without any such wobble trouble. Even the front camera too takes good pictures but we reserve the final verdict once we test it in low light condition.

On October 7, 2015, another air raid killed 43 people at a wedding in Sanaban village in the Dhammar governorate in Yemen . Samad was second on the coalition's most needed checklist of Houthi leaders, after the group's chief Abdel-Malek al-Houthi.

All of this hardware is carried by an impressive 5000 mAh battery, although one that can only be charged by way of a Micro USB port. And another best part is the weight is evenly distributed, which doesn't give you a feel of holding a device with 5000mAh battery.

Question: Does the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 support 4G VoLTE?

But, under mixed usage, it will run for one and half day if not more. The phone is named as Zenfone Max Pro M1. The company also touted that Max Pro's battery gets full charged 30 minutes earlier than Redmi Note 5 Pro. With a thinner lip at the bottom and only some space left on top for the camera and the earpiece, the display on the Zenfone Max Pro is as immersive as any high-end phones present in the market with a screen-to-body ratio of 83 percent. The handset in question isn't exactly the most powerful phone we've seen, but what ASUS has done is that they've built it based on a survey they've conducted with about 2,000 participants, presumably building a phone based on what users actually want. The Zenfone Max Pro, in fact, also supports 4K DCI videos which is a rare thing on smartphones.
