The burgeoning actor, now known for his portrayal of a young Erik Killmonger in Marvel's Black Panther, reportedly earned $1,000 a day during filming for the superhero flick, earning a guaranteed paycheck of $7,654 according to a contract obtained by TMZ.

Next weekend sees the release of Pacific Rim Uprising and Isle of Dogs, which will surely shake things up at the weekend box-office yet again. Fox's third weekend of "Red Sparrow" followed in ninth with $4.5 million at 2,583 venues, pushing the Jennifer Lawrence thriller past $39 million.
