Redmi Note 5 Redmi Note 5 Pro

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 with FullView Display launched in India, price starts at Rs. 9999

The SoC includes Kryo It will be coming in three variants like 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. The company is also offering a free ultra-slim case to offer protection.

There is a brand new set of cameras on the back, arranged in a vertical format like you know who. Both the smartphones will be available in Black, Gold, Lake Blue, and Rose Gold options. Interestingly a source on Twitter pointed out that along with the standard Redmi Note 5 variant; the Chinese OEM will also launch a more premium variant of the Note 5 namely the Redmi Note 5 Pro, which will have a mild spec bump over the conventional device. It is based on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, but just comes with more base RAM (3GB) and 32GB of storage. Both smartphones will go on sale in India via Mi.com, Flipkart and Mi Home offline stores starting February 22, and will be available in other offline stores "very soon". The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with MIUI 9 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor.

The company has also forayed into the TV segment by launching its Mi LED TV 4 (55 inch) in India. Unlike the Redmi Note 5, it has Beautify 4.0 software which will result in better portrait mode photos, the company claims. In India, only the 55-inch Mi TV 4 has been launched, priced at Rs 39,999/-.

UFC 221: Luke Rockhold vs Yoel Romero
Rockhold live stream online, fight time. "I had six- and seven-round sparrings". "I had no worries whatsoever in terms of cardio". Romero won a silver medal at the 2000 Olympics in wrestling but he did the damage in the ring with his fists on Sunday.

The rear panel of the phone is made out of aluminum while the top and bottom ends are plastic, accented by antenna bands.

The updates to the front camera are particularly compelling as Indians are quite selfie obsessed and in this age of Instagram stories, it is a feature that comes in handy. Xiaomi's Mi TV 4 models also come with "transparent" stand which makes Mi TV 4 look suspended in the air even without mounted on the wall. The TV is a LED based smart televison and is called Mi TV. The primary rear camera has electronic image stabilization (EIS) for video recording, and Xiaomi says that thanks to its larger pixel size, it's able to capture more light than previous-gen Redmi Note cameras.

Using an IR blaster cable connected to your TV and optically aligned to your cable operator's set top box, you can select channels like you browse through any tiled video catalog on a service such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. Xiaomi promises over 500,000 hours of content across 15 Indic languages, as well as "personalized recommendations with a clean UI".
