Donald Trump Jr, Trump Towers and speech on foreign policy

During the week-long trip, Donald Trump Jr. will not only endorse his luxurious residential project-Trump Towers, but he is scheduled to deliver a speech on foreign policy in India.

Newspaper ads are marketing the event to buyers of Trump properties as a chance to "join Mr. Donald Trump Jr. for conversation and dinner" for a booking fee of roughly $38,000 in American dollars.

Since its entry into the Indian real estate market in 2014, four Trump Towers, with a total revenue potential of Rs 9,600 crore, have been launched across Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram and Kolkata.

The eldest son of Donald Trump has already advertised himself prior to his visit.

Indian Prime Minister Narendora Mondi is also expected to talk at the event.

The Trump family earned as much as Rs 19 crore in royalties in 2016 from ventures in India, the New York Times reported citing the US President's financial disclosure report.

Government transparency campaign group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (Crew) said in a report released last month that President Trump was profiting from his businesses as a result of being president.

During the Winter Meetings, his agent Scott Boras told teams that Martinez was seeking a contract in the $200 million range. The 30-year-old's career turnaround has been well-documented, combining for a.936 OPS in the past four seasons.

Trump Jr. will also visit Kolkata, where the construction of a project with 137 luxury units will begin soon.

Nonetheless, the development has already clocked up sales worth almost US$80 million, according to a statement released on Monday.

Mr Trump Jr, the son of the USA president and head of the family business, will be helping to drum up sales of opulent flats in four cities that could net profits of more than $1bn.

The Trump Organization has five projects in India, including an office building development in Gurgaon, making the country the brand's biggest market outside the United States.

But brushed all the speculations and speaking about his tour earlier this month, Trump Jr. said, "India is such an incredible country and our brand has enjoyed tremendous success in the region for many years".

The dinners - and a massive advertising campaign before the trip by one of Trump's Indian business partners - have reignited criticism from ethics experts.

India is Trump Organisation's biggest global market, with four real estate projects underway in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Gurugram.

"I had no idea that Trump built property around the world before this development was launched", said Hitesh Khanna, who is helping sell units at the Trump towers in Gurgaon through a local real estate brokerage firm.
