I think the reason is that Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins will be working a program down the line. He made his main roster debut in November 2012 alongside Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins as part of The Shield.
This week's episode of WWE Raw was a curious one, with a single match consuming nearly two-thirds of the programme. Reigns goes for a spear and Rollins kicks him in the face, Rollins misses a Fade To Black and he still manages to roll up Reigns for the three count.
We return from the break to see Cena attempting an Attitude Adjustment and Rollins counters with a DDT, Rollins gets into a striking exchange with Cena. Rollins goes for the curb stomp and Cena counters with the STF until Rollins gets to the ropes, Cena reapplies the STF and Rollins gets to the ropes again.
After a failed Phoenix Splash, Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment, but instead of going for the pin, he rolled Rollins up for a second Attitude Adjustment that was reversed.

With nowhere to run and with no chance of a surprise attack to soften up the RAW women's division, the deadliest group in many a year joined forces with RAW women's champion Alexa Bliss to take on Sasha Banks, Bayley and Mickie James in a prelude to the Elimination Chamber that'll feature the lethal ladies.
This week's episode of Monday Night Raw was interesting, as most of the show focused on the 7 man gauntlet match which featured all of the competitors from the men's Elimination Chamber match which is set to take place on Sunday.
