Police arrested Barker, Steven Powers, 20, and Joshua Holby, 31, in connection with the kidnapping, the New York Post reported. While en route, the girl spotted one of the suspect's vehicles. When she returned, the girl was no where to be found, but her cellphone was left behind.
"[Barker] tricked her by saying he would like her to come help with a family situation and Jasmine was already familiar with the other family members who do not live with him in that neighborhood", Wyffels said.
